Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Generate Sales Leads: You'll create new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and maintaining strong relationships with current commercial accounts, including property management companies and businesses.
• Account Acquisition and Growth: Target and acquire new commercial accounts while maintaining and growing existing relationships to increase Northwest's business year-over-year.
• Sell Northwest Services: Promote and sell a variety of Northwest's commercial services, ensuring that all documentation aligns with company standards.
• Relationship Building: You'll build and strengthen relationships with both internal and external customers to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ongoing Learning: Attend regular training sessions and continuing education programs to stay on top of industry trends and enhance your skills.
• Safety First: Always maintain a safety-first mindset when operating company vehicles and equipment.

Qualifications

What You Need to Succeed:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience required; B2B sales experience is preferred
• Property Management experience a PLUS
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods. Travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas.
• Ability to use a ladder within manufacturer's weight capacity
• Work safely in crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and rooftops.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
