National A&D Projects Sales Manager

National A&D Projects Sales Manager Neolith ( global leader in sintered stone surfaces, is looking for a National A&D Projects Sales Manager. The position is preferably based in Miami , although other strategic locations within the U.S. may be considered. We are seeking a dynamic, technically skilled and commercially driven professional to lead specification growth, support project quotations and strengthen relationships with architects, designers, developers, contractors and strategic partners across the United States. This role is critical in driving national project sales growth by combining technical expertise, A&D engagement and commercial support throughout the pre‑construction and quotation phases of major projects. Main Responsibilities Deliver CEU sessions, lunch‑and‑learns, product knowledge and technical presentations to architects, designers, developers, contractors and internal sales teams. Support A&D representatives and sales teams with technical‑commercial expertise to increase specification opportunities and project conversions. Review architectural drawings, specifications, bid packages and project documentation to identify scope, technical requirements and quotation risks. Prepare and coordinate take‑offs, estimates and quotation packages for facade and large commercial projects. Provide preliminary technical guidance regarding product selection, formats, thicknesses, installation systems, specification alignment and value‑engineering alternatives. Support the sales team throughout the quotation and negotiation process, helping convert opportunities into awarded projects. Coordinate internally with logistics, operations, procurement, fabrication planning and customer service teams to validate feasibility, lead times and pricing assumptions. Maintain accurate CRM records, project pipeline activity, quotation tracking and conversion reporting. Strengthen Neolith’s presence within the A&D community through relationship‑building, training activities, trade events and strategic client engagement. Ensure smooth handoff of awarded projects to operations and project management teams after closure. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, estimating, specification support or pre‑construction within architectural products, facade systems, commercial surfaces or related construction sectors. Proven experience reviewing take‑offs, estimates, quotations and construction documentation.Strong understanding of architectural drawings, specifications, bid packages and commercial project workflows. Experience delivering technical presentations, CEUs and lunch‑and‑learn sessions to A&D and construction audiences. Technical proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Procore or similar tools. Strong CRM, Excel and quotation management capabilities. Commercial mindset with excellent negotiation, follow‑up and closing skills. Experience with sintered stone, facade systems, large‑format surfaces or related materials is highly preferred. Availability to travel nationally as required.
