As the Intake & Eligibility Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that individuals and families receive the support they need. You’ll oversee the intake process, assess eligibility for services, and guide individuals toward the resources that can help them thrive. This position is perfect for someone with at least one year of experience who is ready to take on a leadership role in a mission-driven organization.

Your role will include:
- Supervising and managing the intake and eligibility process to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Assessing client needs and determining eligibility for services.
- Coordinating with team members to connect individuals with the appropriate programs and resources.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Providing guidance and support to intake staff to uphold the highest standards of care.

To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a related field, such as social services, case management, or program coordination.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
