We are immediately hiring a Inbound Logistics Manager in Charlotte, NC for our Supply Chain Solutions division. The Manager oversees daily warehouse or distribution center receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of inbound shipments. This role manages a team responsible for unloading, inspecting, and storing goods while maintaining productivity, safety, and quality standards. Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month Annual Salary Pay: $65,000 - $70,000 per year based on experience B onus: Weekend/ Holiday spot bonus Schedule: Shift 1st: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 4:00 pm (flexible) Strong leadership, organizational skills, and experience in warehouse management systems (WMS) are essential, along with the ability to drive continuous improvement and meet operational targets. Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area.
