Certified Surg Tech - Travel Job

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to expertly assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients by preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and providing support to the surgical team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
• BLS Certification.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a certified OR/Surgical Technologist in a surgical environment; orthopedic-focused experience preferred.
• Experience with orthopedic procedures and instrumentation preferred. Client indicates Orthopedic strong CST experience is desirable.
• Experience working in an operating room with variable shift start times and potential on-call requirements preferred.
• Ability to maintain sterile field, prepare instrumentation trays, and operate sterilization equipment.
• Willingness to comply with facility policies, credentialing, and background checks as required by the client.

• Facility Type: Home Health.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0600-1600. Variable shift start times between 0600–0800 may occur.
• Possible on-call requirements.
• Orthopedic caseload emphasis.
