This role involves billing, AR management, infusion copay assistance programs, and medication inventory support. Responsibilities Post insurance and patient payments accurately Manage and follow up on accounts receivable (AR) Review and resolve claim denials and appeals Administer copay assistance programs for infusion therapies Respond to patient billing questions with professionalism and compassion Process medical record requests (HIPAA compliant) Assist with inventory management of specialty medications (tracking, reconciliation, ordering support) Maintain accurate patient account records Perform additional administrative duties as needed Requirements Medical billing experience required (rheumatology or specialty/infusion preferred) Strong knowledge of EOBs, insurance processes, AR, and denials EMR experience required; NextGen strongly preferred Experience with biologics/copay assistance programs a plus Highly organized with strong attention to detail Skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Compassionate and patient-focused Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and follow-through #J-18808-Ljbffr
