Compensación: $15 hr + Reembolso médico mensual (hasta $200) Somos una empresa líder en ingeniería y construcción especializada en soluciones estructurales y geotécnicas. Buscamos un(a) Asistente Contable dinámico(a) y meticuloso(a) para administrar nuestras cuentas y asegurar que el motor financiero de nuestros proyectos no se detenga. Controlar eficientemente las cuentas por pagar (AP) y por cobrar (AR), garantizando la exactitud de los registros, el cumplimiento de los términos y un flujo de efectivo saludable para la operatividad continua de la empresa. Responsabilidades Clave
- Gestión Financiera AP/AR: Administrar el ciclo completo de cuentas por pagar y cobrar, incluyendo auditoría de facturas, coordinación de pagos a suplidores y gestión efectiva de cobros.
- Reportes y Conciliación: Preparar proyecciones diarias de flujo de efectivo, reportes de antigüedad de cuentas y realizar la conciliación de estados de cuenta.
- Cumplimiento de Proyectos: Coordinar y ejecutar el pago de patentes municipales, endosos de seguros y certificaciones del CFSE por proyecto.
- Auditoría y Cierres: Resolver discrepancias de facturación y colaborar activamente en los cierres de mes y auditorías (internas/externas).
- Gestión Documental: Ser el custodio responsable de mantener organizados los expedientes físicos y digitales de cuentas y empleados.
- Educación y Experiencia: Bachillerato o Asociado en Contabilidad, Finanzas o área afín, con experiencia sólida en el manejo de AP/AR.
- Dominio Tecnológico: Manejo fluido de QuickBooks Online (preferible), Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Perfil Ejecutivo: Excelentes destrezas de comunicación, impecable atención al detalle, organización.
- Bonus: Experiencia previa en el sector de la construcción (manejo de CFSE, seguros y patentes municipales).
