Caribbean & Puerto Rico General Manager - Growth & Strategy

Ferrero is seeking a General Manager for Puerto Rico and export markets to drive profitable growth, oversee P&L, and lead a high‑performing team across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
You will translate regional strategies into local market success, build strong distributor partnerships, implement JBP and retailer programs, and ensure Ferrero policies are followed.
Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, you will collaborate across functions to deliver sustainable sales growth in the Caribbean.
