Financial Planning and Analysis Manager of Mergers and Acquisitions $110,000-$120,000 base salary (depending on experience) Greater Phoenix, AZ (hybrid schedule 4 Days onsite) Vaco has partnered with a prestigious company to hire an FP&A Manager of M&A. This role sits at the center of the company’s growth strategy, leading financial evaluation and execution of acquisitions and investments. Oversee due diligence, deal modeling, and structuring across acquisitions and investment scenarios. Support transaction execution and ensure smooth handoff to integration teams post-close. Deliver executive and board-level presentations with clear financial insights and recommendations. Build cross-functional partnerships and mentor team members to support deal execution and strategy. Requirements BS in Finance or related field required M&A experience required Advanced financial modeling experience required CPA or CFA preferred Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
