Quality Assurance Senior Associate

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Quality Assurance Senior Associate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of claims processing while collaborating with the Claims Operations team. Key responsibilities Conduct quality reviews of claims to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and provide training as needed Required qualifications Proven experience in quality assurance within the insurance or claims processing industry Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in claims management Experience with quality review tools and methodologies Ability to analyze data and generate reports on quality metrics Relevant certifications in quality assurance or claims management are a plus
