Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – CBT Focus

Location: Great Neck, NY
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $150,000–$180,000+ annually

We're seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join a leading private-pay practice specializing in OCD, anxiety disorders, Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD), and related conditions . This is an excellent opportunity to grow your expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team.

What You'll Do

Provide evidence-based individual psychotherapy
Treat patients with OCD, anxiety, BDD, mood disorders, and related conditions
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on treatment planning
Participate in outpatient and specialty IOP programs
Deliver community-based ERP when appropriate

Qualifications

Active New York LCSW license
Strong foundation in CBT
Interest in OCD and anxiety treatment
ERP experience is a plus (training provided)
