This role has a significant impact on the success of the company and our mission to be the most trusted name in the industry.Position Details/Responsibilities:Team Management: Manage, evaluate, and train field project team members to ensure optimal performance and professional growth.Project Coordination: Plan, organize, and direct the production of contracted scopes of work, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.Quality Assurance: Ensure all installations meet quality and mechanical code standards.Resource Management: Manage material and personnel requirements necessary to meet project schedules.Adherence to Standards: Uphold standards of quality, safety, and best practices in all project activities.Here's What We're Looking For:- Experience: Superintendent with at least 3-7 years of experience managing entire new construction projects from inception to completion. Experience managing projects with an average mechanical contract value of $10M is required. Multi-family experience is preferred.- Certification: OSHA 30 certification preferred.- Licensing: An active Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license.- Knowledge: Proficient knowledge of the National Building Code, local codes, and construction safety requirements.- Skills: Basic computer and writing skills are required.- Core Values: Demonstrate and uphold core values including integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation, and growth.
