Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' physical capabilities and limitations, focusing on their need for rehabilitation.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with patient goals, taking into account their unique conditions and progress.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and technology-assisted rehab solutions to optimize treatment effectiveness.
• Regularly document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary and communicating changes with the rest of the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment strategies, preventive care, and lifestyle adjustments that support long-term recovery.
• Maintain an organized case load, ensuring timely and efficient patient care while adhering to clinic policies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Florida.
