Schedule: 24 hrs in house 8am-8am

Clinical Details

EMR System: EPIC
Practice Settings: Hospital, L&D coverage; teaching facility
Support Staff: Nursing staff; OB residents first assist; collaboration with midwives, laborists also currently help provide collaboration to midwives on L&D
Beds: 10 L&D beds
Onsite Lab & Ultrasound
Trauma Level: Level 1 facility; L&D Level 4; Nursey level 3
Percentage of Practice Low Risk Pregnancy: 20%
Percentage of Practice High Risk Pregnancy: 80%
Percentage of Practice GYN: 10%
Percentage of Patients are C-Section: 25%
Required Obstetrics Procedures: Low Risk Pregnancy (i.e. History of Twins, Toxemia, Pyelonephritis, etc.), High Risk Pregnancy (i.e. with Toxemia, Diabetes, Class II or Higher Cardiacs, Chronic Lung Problems, Chronic Renal Disease, etc.), FHR Interpretation - NST/CST/FSE, OB ultrasounds - Performance of Interpretation, OB ultrasounds - Performance of Level I/Screening (Viability), OB ultrasounds - Performance of Level II/Targeted (Anatomic)
Labor and Delivery Required Procedures: Routine Delivery -Vaginal, Low Forceps, Decision-Making for C-Section, Complicated Delivery -C-Section, Breech, Multiple Births, Abruptions, etc., VBAC's, Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Lacerations
Gynecology Required Procedures: Operative/Major (Includes Diagnostic) - Ectopic Pregnancy, Ovary Removal, Cystectomy, Extensive LOA's, Laparoscopic Diagnostic/Minor Only-Tubal Ligation, LOA's, Chromal Tubation, Surgical Gynecology - Open, Office/Minor Gynecology -IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, Cryosurgery, LEEP, etc.

Board: Board Certified
Certifications: BLS, ACLS
Licenses: OH License
NPDB: Self-query pulled within 30 days of presentation
