Responsibilities Manage a professional, full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for both candidates and clients. Maintain and grow established partnerships with local Human Resource professionals, business owners, and decision-makers. Source candidates and provide resume guidance, interview preparation, and career advice as part of a seamless recruiting experience. Utilize effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates in Administrative Support, Accounting & Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Engineering, Manufacturing Operations Management, and Information Technology. Requirements Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience within the staffing industry. Experience placing candidates in direct hire, temporary, and/or contract positions. Strong motivation for personal success paired with a strong moral compass. Exceptional customer service, communication, and follow-up skills. Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage a busy portfolio of both clients and candidates.
