Junior RecruiterLighthouse Technology Services is looking to fill their Junior Recruiter position! This is a 3 month contract-to-hire opportunity and will be hybrid in Buffalo, NY with 3 days on-site.This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered.What You'll Be Doing:Screen and qualify candidates for technology positions across various client engagements and skill requirementsBuild strong relationships with candidates to understand their technical skills, career motivations, and professional goalsSource, evaluate, and submit qualified candidates to active job orders while maintaining quality and timelinessDrive successful placements by managing the full recruitment cycle from initial candidate contact through offer acceptanceLearn the staffing business fundamentals including margin analysis, client expectations, candidate motivations, and placement success factorsCollaborate with internal team members to meet client expectations and build a robust candidate pipelineDevelop business acumen by understanding how commercial decisions impact recruitment strategy and client relationshipsWhat You'll Need to Have:Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with people, ask insightful questions, and build rapport quicklyStrong business acumen and commercial awareness with understanding of how businesses operateDemonstrated hunger and drive with results-oriented mindset and ability to take initiative without promptingCoachability and eagerness to learn with openness to feedback and willingness to invest effort in professional developmentCultural alignment with values of accountability, collaboration, and delivering excellenceCapacity to execute at a high level with the time, energy, and ability to succeedA drive for consistent activity and successful candidate placementPay: $30/hrQuestions about any of our jobs?
