Maintenance Mechanic - 3rd Shift

Position Overview Can-One USA is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to support maintenance and repair activities within our manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems and production equipment. The ideal candidate will bring industrial maintenance experience, strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, and a proven ability to work safely and efficiently in a manufacturing setting. Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid vacation and paid time off Career development and advancement opportunities Training and hands-on development Modern manufacturing environment Key Responsibilities Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs safely and efficiently Assist with equipment installations, rebuilds, modifications, and upgrades Support machine setups, adjustments, and production changeovers Perform scheduled equipment inspections and preventive maintenance Document maintenance activities, inspections, and completed repairs Identify recurring equipment problems and assist with root cause analysis Follow company safety procedures and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements Work with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance personnel to resolve equipment issues Assist with maintaining and organizing maintenance parts and supplies Participate in equipment reliability and continuous improvement activities What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years’ experience performing industrial maintenance in a manufacturing setting. Hands-on experience with mechanical systems. Working knowledge of hydraulic systems. Working knowledge of pneumatic systems. Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills. Ability to read and follow technical instructions and equipment documentation. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Strong attention to safety and quality. Preferred Qualifications Experience in high-speed manufacturing or packaging Industrial maintenance, mechanical, or technical training Basic knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment Welding or fabrication experience Forklift, OSHA, or other relevant safety training Schedule Full-time Night shift Willingness to work overtime as needed to support operational needs Physical & Work Environment This position requires hands-on work in a manufacturing environment. Employees may be required to stand and walk for extended periods and regularly bend, reach, climb, lift, push, pull, and work around industrial equipment.
