About the Role

The Company is in search of a President to take on a pivotal role in leading the strategic and operational aspects of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and continuous improvement, with a key focus on leading the planning and execution of a second manufacturing facility to support the company's growth. This hands-on executive will work closely with the founder to shape the company's future, and must be adept at building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and scaling the organization. Applicants for the President position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive leadership experience in food manufacturing, with a proven track record in multi-functional manufacturing management. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong operational and financial acumen, capable of managing P&L performance and driving profitability. Experience in leading business growth initiatives, such as plant expansions and new facility startups, is essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, relationship-building, and change management skills, and a willingness to be hands-on in a manufacturing environment. A background in partnering with founders or private company leadership is highly desirable.
