Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18.25 per hour

Shift: 2nd shift, Monday Friday, 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM

What's a typical day as a Precision Assembler? You'll be:

• Performing assembly work using lean principles and one-piece flow to produce high-quality medical devices.
• Learning and following detailed work instructions to ensure quality and consistency.
• Assembling components through processes such as gluing, weaving, packaging, coiling, and welding using hand tools and bench-top pneumatic presses.
• Handling and evaluating the quality of small parts during manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshooting simple equipment malfunctions and escalating issues as needed.
• Promoting and maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
• Informing team leads or supervisors of any problems related to production, equipment, parts, or processes.
• Adhering to shop practices, including proper gowning and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Supporting LEAN operations through standard work, safety observations, idea generation, and production board updates.
• Meeting quality assurance requirements and completing necessary production documentation.

• (Preferred) Have previous manufacturing or assembly experience, especially in a medical device or FDA-regulated environment.
• (Preferred) Are familiar with LEAN manufacturing principles and comfortable using hand tools and assembly equipment.
