Fulfillment Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse fulfillment operations. This role is responsible for leading a team of employees, ensuring accurate and timely order processing, maintaining inventory accuracy, and promoting a safe and productive work environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment and is committed to continuous improvement.

1. Supervise and coordinate daily fulfillment activities, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
2. Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members to achieve performance, quality, and productivity goals.
3. Monitor workflow and staffing levels to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on schedule.
4. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and warehouse procedures.
5. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including productivity, accuracy, on-time shipments, and labor efficiency.
6. Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Inventory Control, and Transportation teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
7. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement best practices to increase efficiency.
8. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and process controls.
9. Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities.

1. High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
2. 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment experience.
3. Previous supervisory or team leadership experience required.
4. Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping processes.
5. Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications, D365/Axapta a plus.
6. Ability to analyze data, prioritize tasks, and solve problems effectively.
7. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

2. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
3. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
