ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Drive sales in the assigned territory. Engage with customers both face‑to‑face and virtually. Develop and implement effective business and territory call plans, utilizing live/virtual engagement strategies to maximize impact. Build rapport and relationships with customers in both live and virtual environments, using digital tools to maintain engagement. Leverage internal reports and analytics to identify, develop, and implement strategic business opportunities. Educate providers on product value propositions for relevant patient populations, using approved disease‑state information and patient resources. Collaborate effectively across the organization to address customer inquiries and advance company objectives. Complete all administrative expectations on time and in compliance with company policies. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree. Minimum 2 years of experience in one or more of the following, OR an associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience; OR high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience. Professional Sales or Promotional Activity. Small Business Owner or other entrepreneurial experience, marketing, customer service and/or account management. Relevant healthcare/scientific roles (e.g., RN, pharmacist, PT, OT, etc.). Educator (e.g., teacher, principal). Full‑time military experience. Must live within 25 miles of the territory border. Valid U.S. driver’s license and compliant driving record. Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years disqualifies the applicant. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 1 year of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical sales and/or medical‑related marketing experience. Strong track record of sales or marketing success, outstanding communication skills, and demonstrated teamwork, leadership, and accountability. Experience with applicable disease states, therapeutic area, and products. Knowledge of prescribers/HCPs/institutions/organizations in the territory. Reside within the territory boundaries. OTHER JOB DETAILS Territory includes: San Antonio South, Castroville, Uvalde, Del Rio. Last date to apply: June 16, 2026. Annual base salary range: $76,000 – $199,600. This position offers an additional quarterly sales incentive bonus and is classified as a salary non‑exempt employee during initial training; it becomes overtime exempt after certification.
