Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Lead Radiologic Technologist at HCA Healthcare, you'll play an imperative role in guiding a team that delivers safe, accurate, and patient-centered imaging every day. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the imaging team and mentoring technologists to deliver safe, high-quality patient care
• Guiding patients through imaging procedures with compassion, comfort, and confidence
• Operating advanced radiography equipment and administering contrast media while ensuring radiation safety
• Maintaining and calibrating instruments, supplies, and equipment for accurate and efficient imaging
• Collaborating with radiologists, nurses, and the care team to support smooth workflows and excellent patient outcomes

What qualifications you will need:

• (ARRT-R) Radiography
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree
• 1-2 years minimum supervisory experience preferred
