Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs, including evaluating the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to design personalized treatment plans that align with their goals, preferences, and therapeutic needs.

• Utilize a range of evidence-based methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to deliver effective interventions.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, self-care practices, and available treatment options, fostering a proactive approach to mental wellness.

• Regularly monitor client progress, document treatment outcomes, and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal therapeutic effectiveness.

• Work in an integrated manner with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to provide comprehensive client care.

Qualifications\n

• Current, active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
