Order Picker I (2nd Shift)

Job TitlePicks and packs customer orders in a high-volume zone picking station; maintains established productivity and accuracy standards.Essential Job FunctionsUses a hand scanner to determine order requirementsPulls the correct product from the stock area and packs it into the appropriate boxesMeets required daily productivity standards for lines picked per hourEnsure that work meets quality standardsConserve resources by using equipment and supplies to accomplish job results without wasteUses knowledge and experience to resolve basic operating problems; reports other problems to the managerMaintains a current knowledge of operating procedures and company productsMaintains a clean and organized work environmentThis job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee. Exposure to loud noise. Near vision required.
