You'll be joining a data-driven PPC team managing paid traffic across web and mobile for all company products. We focus on top-of-funnel acquisition, with CAC, conversion volume, and ROAS as our north star metrics. You'll have real budget, dev support, and direct Google & Apple partnerships to test and scale your ideas.

Responsibilities

• Launching new advertising campaigns, generating keywords / banners / videos, and setting tasks for developers and the content department.
• Monitoring KPIs and OKRs: traffic, conversions, CPA/CAC
• Regular reporting, testing hypotheses and their generation, running experiments
• Research, regular analysis, searching for areas of growth and optimization
• Communication with external and internal partners - brand product manager and others

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with Google Ads
• 2+ years of experience with Meta Ads
• 2+ years of experience with several other channels from the list
• Solid understanding of measurement and conversion tracking nuances
• Experience managing monthly budgets of $50K+
• English proficiency: B2 or higher
