City Wide Facility Solutions is currently seeking Commercial Building Maintenance and Janitorial Contractors to serve clients from Waco Tx to San Marcos Tx. As a trusted name in the building maintenance industry, we provide comprehensive facility management services tailored to meet client needs. We partner with independent contractors to deliver high-quality janitorial and building maintenance solutions.

Requirements
- Valid Business License (LLC or Inc)
- Active Worker's Compensation Insurance policy
- General Liability Insurance and Non-Owned Auto Insurance
- Federal EIN Number
- Verifiable References
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Favorable background check results
- Must not operate as a sole proprietor
