Als Account Manager betreust du ein Portfolio von 6080 Unternehmenskunden, inklusive C-Level-Kontakten, und sorgst dafr, dass sie Schrankerl nicht nur nutzen, sondern lieben. Du bringst eine echte Leidenschaft fr gutes Essen mit, denkst unternehmerisch und hast Lust, in einem stark wachsenden Startup wirklich etwas zu bewegen.
Aufgaben
- Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson fr unsere wichtigsten Kunden, inklusive C-Level-Kontakten
- Hauptverantwortung fr ein Portfolio von 6080 Unternehmenskunden
- Du analysierst und optimierst laufend die Kundenzufriedenheit
- Du initiierst und steuerst Kundenaktivierungs- und Referral-Programme
- Gemeinsam mit dem Marketing-Team planst und setzt du Kunden-Events um
- Du sicherst Vertragsverlngerungen und baust Kundenbeziehungen strategisch aus
Qualifikation
- Mindestens 23 Jahre Erfahrung im Account Management, idealerweise in einem dynamischen Startup-Umfeld
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium
- Herausragende Kommunikationsfhigkeiten, schriftlich wie mndlich
- Echte Leidenschaft fr gutes Essen und die Fhigkeit, diese Begeisterung auf andere zu bertragen
- Selbststndige, eigeninitiative Arbeitsweise
- Motivation, unsere innovative Brokultur aktiv bei Kunden zu implementieren
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft zum Erreichen ambitionierter Ziele
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
