About the missionAs an Administrative Assistant, you provide essential support to daily operations. You ensure administrative management, information processing, and internal and external communication. This position requires organization, rigor, versatility, and excellent interpersonal skills.

- Assist the team with various administrative tasks.
- Draft and format documents (letters, reports, presentations).
- Ensure day-to-day administrative management (mail, filing, archiving).
- Enter and update data in information systems.
- Manage phone calls and emails.
- Organize meetings and travel arrangements.
- Experience: At least 1 year
- High School Diploma/GED
