42A Human Resources Specialist
Descripción del puesto:
Como Especialista en Recursos Humanos (HR), tendrás un rol fundamental ayudando a tus compañeros Soldados a progresar en sus carreras en el Army. Proporcionarás el personal necesario y el apoyo en Recursos Humanos a los comandantes en todas las ramas y te capacitarás en la preparación de documentos, redacción de solicitudes y supervisión de documentación oficial, como tarjetas de identificación y etiquetas. También te capacitarás en aplicación y análisis de información de datos.
Requisitos:
- Ser ciudadano estadounidense
- Tener entre 17 y 42 años de edad
- Tener diploma de High School o GED
- Cumplir con las reglas sobre los tatuajes
- No tener infracciones legales graves
- No tener complicaciones médicas
Pruebas y Certificaciones:
- 13 certificaciones reconocidas a nivel nacional disponibles
- 10 semanas de Basic Training
- 9 semanas de Advanced Individual Training
- 100 ASVAB Score: General Technical (GT)
- 90 ASVAB Score: Clerical (CL)
