Job Description

We are seeking a reliable organized and detail-oriented Remote Procurement Assistant to manage company purchasing activities and support daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Purchase company gadgets computers office supplies and other business equipment.
• Process purchase orders and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
• Review track and organize invoices receipts and expenses.
• Arrange meeting tickets conference registrations and business-related bookings.
• Track deliveries company equipment and procurement records.
• Monitor purchasing budgets and ensure purchases receive proper approval.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with internal departments.

Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with email and spreadsheets.
• Previous purchasing procurement or administrative experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
