Construction Laborer

Job Description Job Description We are looking for a motivated Construction Laborer to join our team supporting mixed residential and commercial projects. This role involves performing a variety of hands-on construction tasks with a focus on garage door installation, working in small teams of 1-4 members. The position requires moderate travel between multiple job sites throughout the region and the use of both company-provided and personal specialized tools and equipment. If you have experience with construction labor and take pride in delivering quality craftsmanship while adhering to safety standards, we encourage you to apply.   Responsibilities Install new garage doors, ensuring proper alignment and secure attachment of hardware Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to guide installation Perform maintenance, adjustments, and repairs on garage doors and related hardware Lift and move heavy components safely following established safety protocols Apply welding techniques for custom fabrication or reinforcement when necessary Employ carpentry skills such as caulking, trim installation, and metal stud framing Collaborate effectively with small teams to complete construction tasks efficiently Travel between multiple job sites within the region as required   Required Qualifications Proven experience in garage door installation or related construction labor Proficiency with hand tools and power tools commonly used in construction Ability to safely perform heavy lifting throughout the workday Experience reading and interpreting construction blueprints or schematics Knowledge of welding methods for fabrication or repair Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation for travel between job sites   Preferred Qualifications Minimum 1 year of construction labor experience High school diploma or equivalent Strong mechanical understanding of garage door systems Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adherence to safety standards Effective teamwork and communication skills   Join our team today to apply your construction skills in a role that values craftsmanship and safety while providing paid opportunities for growth.
