The firm’s sector coverage spans several industries including business services, consumer products and services, food and beverage, direct marketing, distribution and logistics, financial services, healthcare, industrial manufacturing, specialty retailing and technology. Position Experienced Investment Banking Analyst Responsibilities Analysts are responsible for creating valuation models, preparing buyer and investor profiles, developing transaction marketing materials, data room management, and other client-related services. Our Analysts must be comfortable in front of clients and work closely with Managing Directors throughout all phases of the transaction execution process. Qualifications 1-2 years of transaction-level experience in mergers & acquisitions and institutional private equity or debt placements Candidates must have the necessary analytical, accounting and writing skills and must be proficient in financial modeling Teamwork orientation and good interpersonal skills are a must, but must also show independence and resourcefulness in executing tasks Excellent verbal and written communications skills Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record #J-18808-Ljbffr
