The Healthcare and Life Sciences Team at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) is seeking an Investment Banking Experienced Analyst to join our team. This vertical focuses on several key areas: Diagnostics & Research Tools, Pharma Outsourcing, Medical Device Services, Payer Services, and Provider Services. This role is based out of our Chicago, IL office. Responsibilities Supports senior bankers in transaction execution and client management Performs financial analysis and modeling Conducts industry research and business due diligence Develops client presentation materials Qualifications One or more years of previous experience in M&A Investment Banking or Corporate M&A Bachelor’s Degree required (majoring in Business, Finance or Accounting) Sell side M&A experience preferred Experience in healthcare and life sciences preferred Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling Proven track record of strong transaction execution including presentations, financial analysis, transaction marketing documents and preparation of other materials Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong work ethic and organization skills Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines Work Requirements BGL is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
