Position HR Generalist Hours 8:00AM – 5:00PM Salary Up to $55,000 per year Schedule Monday through Friday Location Spring Hill, FL Key Responsibilities Process weekly payroll accurately / timekeeping Maintain and update payroll information by collecting and entering data Calculate employee wages, deductions, and benefits Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations Address payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies Prepare payroll reports for management Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations. Prepare and submit required reports, such as quarterly and annual tax filings. Full cycle recruitment Support the onboarding process for new hires Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits and procedures Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and scheduling Requirements Bilingual English / Spanish preferred 1-3 years of HR and payroll experience Strong organizational and time management skills HR payroll platform such as Paychex Plus, or similar preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr 6AM City, LLC
