Direct Counsel is partnering with a nationally recognized AmLaw 200 law firm to identify a mid-level associate attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its litigation business unit in Pittsburgh, PA. Candidates must hold an active Pennsylvania bar license.

The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills:

• Trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience
• Experience working with e-discovery software
• Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
• Strong academic credentials
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Oil and gas experience is preferred but not required

Compensation & benefits:

• Salary range: $175,000 – $200,000 annually (DOE).
