What You'll Do

• Create relationships with people on the phone and walk-ins
• Solve their storage problem
• Maintain a high-quality, positive front office environment
• Manage quotes, follow-ups, and records with accuracy
• Be the brand ambassador for Lone Star Mobile Storage in our South Texas location
• Produce results

What We're Looking For

• Someone who can produce results through developing results
• Strong communicator, in person and on the phone
• Self-motivated, organized, and composed under pressure
• Has the ability to own the full sales cycle from first contact through closing
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Professional demeanor and customer-first mindset
• Coachable and able to learn/adapt quickly to a CRM system
• Bilingual in Spanish is a strong plus
• Experience in this industry is not required

We offer competitive compensation of $52k annually, along with medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services.
