Compensation: $300K OTE ($150K base / $150K variable) + Equity

What You’ll Do

As one of the first go-to-market hires, you’ll play a pivotal role in building our commercial function and closing business with large enterprises across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, and retail. This is more than just a sales role—it’s a strategic seat at the table.

• Own the full sales cycle from outbound to close
• Drive pipeline generation alongside founders and GTM advisors
• Translate complex technical concepts into compelling business value for CISOs and other decision-makers
• Influence product roadmap by surfacing real-world customer feedback
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure long-term customer success
• Represent the company at high-profile security events and industry conferences
• Help develop the foundational sales playbook, from collateral to objection handling

What We’re Looking For

• 4–10+ years of experience in enterprise cybersecurity sales
• Proven hunter mentality with outbound prospecting success
• Experience selling technical solutions to CISOs, security leaders, and compliance buyersFamiliarity with technologies such as email security, endpoint protection, IAM, or adjacent areas
• Early-stage startup experience and the ability to thrive in ambiguity
• Background in selling to traditional enterprises (finance, retail, manufacturing is a plus)
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
