As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter incidents, and support access control and alarm response. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while helping maintain an orderly environment. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed02:00 PM - 10:00 PMThur02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSat10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout warehouse, loading dock, parking, office, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and visitor, vendor, and driver activity in accordance with site procedures; report irregularities and document incidents as required. Maintain detailed daily activity reports and communicate relevant observations, incidents, and concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Customer service experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
