Hospital Administrative Coordinator

We're hiring on behalf of a leading NYC hospital for an Administrative Coordinator to support the Respiratory Therapy Department during a leave of absence. This role is essential in keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring compliance with grant and hospital requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support for the Respiratory Therapy department.
• Assist with grant budget management and reporting.
• Support scheduling, recordkeeping, and departmental communication.
• Deliver excellent customer service for staff, providers, and patients.
• Work within hospital systems, including EPIC and UKG/Kronos.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or 35 years relevant administrative experience (required).
• Master's degree in a related field (preferred).
• Grant budget management experience (required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual Spanish (preferred).
• Prior hospital/clinical experience strongly valued.
