Hospital Administrative Coordinator
We're hiring on behalf of a leading NYC hospital for an Administrative Coordinator to support the Respiratory Therapy Department during a leave of absence. This role is essential in keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring compliance with grant and hospital requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support for the Respiratory Therapy department.
- Assist with grant budget management and reporting.
- Support scheduling, recordkeeping, and departmental communication.
- Deliver excellent customer service for staff, providers, and patients.
- Work within hospital systems, including EPIC and UKG/Kronos.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or 35 years relevant administrative experience (required).
- Master's degree in a related field (preferred).
- Grant budget management experience (required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual Spanish (preferred).
- Prior hospital/clinical experience strongly valued.
