Press Brake Operator Needed in Columbus, Ohio!
Fab-X is growing and seeking experienced Press Brake Operators to join our manufacturing team in Columbus, Ohio. We are looking for motivated individuals with metal fabrication experience who can safely set up and operate press brake equipment while maintaining high quality standards. Pay
- Starting pay: $22.00/hour
- Highly skilled operators may be offered $23.00-$24.00/hour
- After successful completion of the 90-day trial period, employees may receive a $2.00/hour pay increase
1st Shift
- Monday through Friday
- 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Set up and operate press brake machinery
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and specifications
- Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
- Work collaboratively with fabrication and production teams
- Previous press brake setup and operating experience required
- Experience in a metal fabrication or manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
