Customer Operations Specialist

Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and passionate about ensuring a seamless customer experience? We're seeking a Customer Operations Specialist to support a high-impact customer account and ERP migration project. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage customer data, and communicate directly with customers to help drive a successful business transformation initiative.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Operations Specialist, you will:

• Review, validate, and update customer account information to ensure data accuracy.
• Support customer account migration and ERP transition activities.
• Communicate important project updates, FAQs, and process changes to customers.
• Conduct customer outreach through phone and email communications.
• Execute and track large-scale customer communication campaigns.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, and Project teams to ensure accurate customer account setup.
• Research, identify, and resolve data discrepancies.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation throughout the migration process.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, account support, customer operations, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including filtering, sorting, and updating large datasets.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
