Training Coordinator

Title: Training Coordinator Location: Plano, TX (100% Onsite) Duration: 3+months Pay Range: $20/hr to $22/hr (On W2) We are looking for a Training Coordinator to join one of our Fortune 500 clients. Required Experience: 1-3 Years of Experience Experience with learning management systems LMS, training process and procedures Job Responsibilities: LMS (Learning Management System) reviewing change orders, Administrative of the training system, administrative duties Administrator of our learning manage system LMS, SumTotal Follow established procedures and execute tasks as trained in a repeatable, consistent manner. Review received training tasks for training audiences and documentation and verify alignment with procedural requirements. Setup and create training audiences per controlled learning plan documents Communicate and interact professionally with employees; follow instructions and respond promptly. Maintaining accuracy in all work — strong attention to detail is essential. Demonstrate accountability in completing assigned tasks. Key Skills: Ability to follow structured processes and perform repetitive tasks consistently. Critical thinking skills to compare received documentation against requirements. Strong communication and responsiveness. High attention to detail — accuracy is critical. Accountability and reliability in daily tasks. Data Entry skills Education: High School Diploma required. Preferred Experience: Training instructor Proven ability to execute repetitive activities with consistency and accuracy.
