Key Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, court documents, and research memos.
• Manage case files, court calendars, and critical litigation deadlines.
• Coordinate multi-state and federal court e-filings.
• Handle client communications and update client systems.

Qualifications

• Credentials: Paralegal Certificate. Active Notary (or willingness to obtain) is a plus!
• Experience: strong background in civil litigation with a history of stability/longevity.
• Industry Experience: Mortgage, title, bankruptcy, or foreclosure experience strongly preferred.
• Skills: Proficient in MS Office & Adobe; excellent legal drafting, e-filing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other court
documents; calendaring hearings and litigation deadlines; coordinating and completing
e-filings in multiple state and federal courts; handling client communications and client-
facing system updates; opening, maintaining, and updating case files through the Firm’s
case management system; and providing direct assistance to attorneys in managing
active case files and litigation matters.

• Paralegal Certificate from an accredited and approved paralegal education program.
• Extensive hands-on experience supporting attorneys throughout the litigation lifecycle
• Srong legal drafting skills, including pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other court documents
• Multi-state and federal court e-filing experience
• Direct attorney support and case management experience, including deadlines, filings, and active litigation matters
• Knowledge of court- and county-specific filing procedures, including hearing requests and calendaring
• Mortgage and title industry experience highly preferred
• Legal calendaring and Notary experience a plus
