Concrete Coatings Sales Representative (Base salary plus commission)

Three Stone is growing, and we’re hiring a motivated sales representative for our concrete coatings division. This role has major growth opportunity within the organization. You’ll work multiple warm leads each day , meet with interested customers, and represent Three Stone at our booths inside Home Depot stores to generate additional opportunities.

Three Stone is one of only two certified Penntek dealers in Tennessee.

We offer polyurea and polyaspartic floor coatings for garages, basements, patios, and commercial spaces.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with customers, understand their needs, and present coating options.
• Measure projects, prepare estimates, and close sales.
• Follow up consistently and manage your pipeline in our CRM.
• Coordinate with our installation team to deliver a smooth customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

• A driven, confident salesperson with strong communication and closing skills.
• Excellent organization, dependable follow-through, and a positive attitude.
• Previous sales experience preferred, especially in home improvement, flooring, coatings, or construction.
