Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing effective treatment plans in collaboration with clients and, when necessary, other healthcare professionals.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records as per legal and ethical standards.

• Referring clients to appropriate specialists or additional services to enhance their care pathways as needed.

• Participating in continuous professional development and team meetings to stay updated on best practices and methodologies in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve counseling individuals and families from diverse cultural backgrounds who may be experiencing a wide range of psychological challenges. This includes those struggling with marital conflict, relationship issues, adjustment difficulties related to divorce or separation, and the complexities associated with blended families. Compensation and Benefits\n
