Job Description:

\n

\n

Manages, communicates, delegates, and monitors all aspects of a project and/or design. Serves as internal support between sales representatives, clients, and all internal departments within the manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for communicating the appropriate resources required to ensure that company goals and client objectives are achieved on time and within an established and agreed-upon estimate.

Duties & Responsibilities:

\n

\n

\n
• Act as the primary liaison between assigned sales representatives and customers.
\n
• Process sales and/or design-provided specifications to obtain a design and/or estimate.
\n
• Create and distribute a manufacturing work order containing specific, pertinent, and detailed information related to the project, from receipt of materials through delivery of the completed project.
\n
• Maintain knowledge of job status for current and upcoming jobs and communicate information with relevant staff.
\n
• Identify, requisition, and distribute all required information and materials to ensure the successful completion of projects and 100% customer satisfaction while adhering to established estimates and delivery dates.
\n
• Serve as the first-stage filter for customer complaints, quality issues, delivery concerns, and other project-related issues.
\n
• Continually review information, specifications, and schedules of work orders for accuracy.
\n
• Communicate and follow up with customers regarding proofs, required samples, delivery dates, and other project requirements.
\n
• Work with production and internal teams to ensure the smooth and effective flow of jobs.
\n
• Continuously identify and implement cost-saving and efficiency opportunities for current and upcoming jobs.
\n
• Track customer alteration charges and submit billing information for invoicing.
\n
• Bill completed projects and verify project costing in relation to the established estimate.
\n
• Utilize Microsoft Excel extensively to track project information, costing, schedules, estimates, billing, materials, and other project-related data.
\n
• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation and reporting using Excel and other company systems.

Work Experience Requirements:

\n

\n

\n
• Strong Microsoft Excel experience required , including the ability to create, maintain, organize, and analyze spreadsheets used for project tracking, costing, scheduling, estimates, billing, and reporting.
\n
• Experience with Excel formulas, data organization, sorting/filtering, calculations, and reporting strongly preferred.
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
\n
• Strong mathematical, organizational, and people skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
\n
• Ability to recognize opportunities and enlist others to achieve results.
\n
• Skills to motivate, train, and influence people and decisions across functional boundaries to our business advantage.
\n
• Strong decision-making skills with a demonstrated ability to visualize and articulate concepts, solve problems, apply logical thinking to capture and analyze information, develop and test solutions, and formulate plans.

• Professionalism when interacting with all levels of management and non-management personnel.
\n
• Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, sales representatives, production personnel, designers, engineers, and other internal departments.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining accuracy and meeting established deadlines.

Education Requirements:

\n

\n
• Bachelor degree or equivalent industry-related work experience.
\n
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
\n
