Program Analyst

Independently managing and maintaining provider and team assignments using the Patient Care Management Module (PCMM) in alignment with national and local policy requirement.

Conducting complex data analyses and evaluations related to mental health team structures, provider panel sizes, and workload distribution, and making informed recommendations for process improvements.

Preparing comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations for Mental Health leadership and stakeholders.

Developing and interpreting policies, procedures, and directives affecting Mental Health staffing and resource optimization.

Serving as a subject matter expert to train and advise interdisciplinary staff on PCMM and related analytical functions.

Exercise a high degree of autonomy and independent judgment in fulfilling program analyst responsibilities.

Effectively support Mental Health operations as the principal facility coordinator.

Communicate findings and recommendations with clarity and professionalism.

Ensure the integrity and accuracy of PCMM data, thereby optimizing patient care delivery and resource management.

Promotion Potential: The selectee may be promoted to the full performance level without further competition when all regulatory, qualification, and performance requirements are met. Selection at a lower grade level does not guarantee promotion to the full performance level.
