Prep CookWe're looking for an experienced, hardworking Cook/Prep Cook to join our team at a Friend of a Farmer - Gramercy. We need someone who can move quickly, stay organized, maintain consistent food quality, and work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.What we're looking for:Previous professional kitchen experience requiredExperience in a high-volume restaurant preferredStrong prep and cooking skillsAble to follow recipes, portions, and food-safety standardsFast, efficient, and organizedReliable and punctualPositive attitude and strong teamworkAble to work in a fast-paced environmentResponsibilities include:Daily food preparation and cookingMaintaining a clean and organized workstationFollowing recipes and portion standardsKeeping up with prep levels during busy serviceProper food storage and rotationSupporting the kitchen team wherever neededWhat we offer:Competitive pay based on experienceConsistent hoursFast-paced team environmentOpportunity for growthLocation: Friend of a Farmer Gramercy77 Irving Pl Ground Floor, New York, NY 10003If you're an experienced cook who takes pride in your work and can handle the pace of a busy restaurant, we want to hear from you!Open Call at the restaurant on 10/07 (Wednesday) from 4PM-5PM 10/08 (Thursday) from 4PM-5PM Please bring a hard copy of your resume with you.
