We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness, driving web traffic, and acquiring leads/customers within the digital space. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising channels. Create, manage, and optimize engaging content for our website, blog, and social media platforms to build our brand and community. Manage and monitor paid advertising campaigns (PPC) on Google Ads and social media networks to maximize ROI. Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, using data to assess against goals (KPIs) and identify insights. Conduct keyword research, on‑page optimization, and competitive analysis to improve organic search rankings and web traffic. We are looking for a candidate with the right mix of education, technical skills, and practical experience to excel in this dynamic role. The ideal candidate should possess: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 1-3 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role or similar position. Hands‑on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong content creation abilities. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Experience Requirements The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing. Practical, hands‑on experience in the following areas is essential: Proven experience (1-3 years) in managing and executing digital marketing campaigns. Hands‑on experience with SEO/SEM strategies, including keyword research and on‑page optimization. Demonstrable experience in managing social media platforms and growing an online community. Practical experience with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track performance and generate reports. Experience in content creation and management for websites, blogs, and email marketing campaigns.
