PPC Manager

As we grow, we are looking for a PPC Manager to join our dream team and work together to achieve results and excellence! Full-time Remote Worldwide 2+ years of experience Fill in your details and we’ll be in touch soon Your information is 100% secure with us—protected and never shared Responsibilities Develop and implement advertising strategies for SaaS services, tech companies, and promising startups in the North American and Western European markets Launch and optimize ad campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other popular platforms, achieving target results for Aimers' clients Set up conversion tracking (including e-commerce) and conversion funnels in analytics systems and advertising platforms Configure reports and analyze CRM system data to assess high-level business metrics and the impact of advertising on them Regularly conduct A/B testing of ads, creatives, landing pages, and strategies to improve performance and project development Participate in the implementation of innovative optimization tools, AI solutions, and new advertising platforms Requirements At least 2 years of experience Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other advertising platforms Experience with analytics systems and advanced skills in Google Tag Manager and GA4 Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in cross-functional teams Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and ability to solve technical issues as they arise Fully remote work, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world Work on exciting international projects with a team of professionals Salary tied to the USD exchange rate Medical bonus Flexible start to the workday An additional paid day off on your birthday Minimal bureaucracy – we focus on quick and effective collaboration Internal training, professional growth, and development support A progressive corporate culture that promotes openness, innovation, and collaboration About Aimers Since 2015, Aimers has been empowering international B2B and B2C companies to achieve their digital marketing goals through expertly crafted ad campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn Ads.
